Danielle's Solo Piano Album below is a compilation of her live recordings at various venues over several years. It features a varied selection of favorites from the classical piano literature.
A selection of songs that probe the mind and spirit, Ach des Knaben Augen (Ah the boy's eyes) is a musical window to the soul. The recording begins with four of the the remarkably sensitive and intense settings of Hugo Wolf's spiritual songs, proceeding to the Four Serious Songs of Johannes Brahms written in 1896, the year prior to his death, and finishes with that important transition into the modern era, Gustav Mahler's Kindertotenlieder.

Gentle Lady, do not sing sad songs...
In these well-programmed songs for baritone, "Gentle Lady", features two distinguished composers of the 20th century whose working lives were centered in Western Canada. The essential lyricism of Jean Coulthard and the clarity and\boldness of expression characteristic of Violet Archer seems somehow rooted in this dynamic geography even as these songs travel in both time and place, seeking a contrast of inspiration.

Strings in the Earth and Air is the result of another collaboration by Baritone Cliff Ridley and Pianist Danielle Marcinek. This recording is dedicated to the outstanding art songs of British/Irish Composer E.J. Moeran (31 December 1894 – 1 December 1950). Moeran occupied a minor place in the music of his time, but his meticulously polished and ready technique is unsurpassed among his British contemporaries. This craftsmanship is evident in the clarity of his textures and processes, and in the superb sonority of his orchestral writing.

Carol Greenly of Con Brio Recordings described the all piano recording Expressivity as "A fresh, new collection of contemporary piano solos by Canadian, Christopher Ludwig, this CD presents a variety of moods, forms and styles."
In 2007, composer Christopher Ludwig collaborated with pianists Jayne Hayes, Anna Levy and Danielle Marcinek to create this large scale recording of his formidable output of keyboard compositions. This album may be the composer's first major studio recording, but it is surprisingly mature. Expressivity remains a major achievement in its scope, stylistic diversity and broad spectrum of pianistic challenges and techniques to this day. It was recorded at Quantum Sound Recording Studio and released in 2007 under the Con Brio Recordings Label.
